Do you offer Private & Group Tours/Travel ?

Yes. We can put together a tour for your requirements. Please get in touch with us with your requirements and we can advise on our availability and prices.

What should I wear ?

Indian weather can be temperamental, and therefore it is a good idea to bring some warm clothes with you (essential in the winter months). South India is usually warmer throughout year, North India becomes very cold during the winters, From our experience, you will be much more comfortable if you’re not battling the elements! Layers are a good way to adapt with the often changing weather conditions. Comfortable shoes are a good idea too, as we do some walking on all of our tours/travel. It would still be a good idea to bring an umbrella and/or waterproofs with you, just in case it rains.

What ID should I bring ?

Bring a valid and original ID proof with clear photograph and credentials. This is must at Airports/ Train stations and for entry into various monuments, areas /locations.

How much would I pay upfront ?

Once confirmed you will have to pay 100% of your total trip amount immediately into our account to confirm your booking.

Under what name will my purchase be charged?

The payment is made to “Hash Travels Private Limited”

Supported modes of payment accepted ?

Currently we accept payment via Bank Transfers (NEFT/ IMPS/ UPI). You may also want to use our wallet payment options.

what is your cancellation policy ?

  If cancellations are made 30 days prior to the departure date, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fee. If cancellations are made 15 – 30 days prior to the departure date, 75% of the booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fee. If cancellations are made within 15 days prior to the departure date, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as the cancellation fee.

  In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

  In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation will be sent via email.

  Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking and a full refund will be processed.

  The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days

The customer receives a confirmation email within 24 hours of successful booking

How do I book my travel ?

It’s very simple to get a quote and book your travel with us. Select the “Get a quote” link on any predefined itinerary/package or get them customized else you could also have a fresh itinerary got prepared using our “Personalize” travel plans button/Thumbnail from the home page, We will revert with the details and upon finalisation; you can pay with Bank transfer. After your payment has been processed, you will receive both an email receipt and a booking confirmation. Alternatively, you can reach us using “Contact Us” page or Chat option as well.
